2026 School Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Red Stick Event Rentals is partnering with a limited number of Baton Rouge schools to provide event sponsorship support for upcoming campus celebrations.
If approved, your school may qualify for up to $650 in sponsorship investment.
A True Community Partnership
This program is designed to create meaningful partnerships between local schools and a Louisiana family-owned business.
Rather than offering a standard discount, we invest in schools that provide promotional visibility and community exposure in return.
The level of sponsorship support is determined by:
• Total booking value
• Event size and visibility
• Level of marketing recognition provided
The greater the exposure, the greater the support we’re able to offer.

Up to $150 in event sponsorship support
or
Up to $200 toward a future school event
Designed for schools hosting smaller-scale campus events.
Recognition Includes:
• Sponsor listing on event flyer or digital promotion
• Logo included in one school email or newsletter
• One social media thank-you post
Typical qualification example: approximately $1,000 total event booking.
Featured Event Partner
Up to $300 in event sponsorship support
or
Up to $400 toward a future school event
Ideal for larger field days, family nights, and community festivals.
Recognition Includes:
• Logo placement on printed and digital promotional materials
• Mention in at least two school communications
• Dedicated social media feature
• Verbal recognition during event
• On-site logo placement near event attractions
Typical qualification example: approximately $1,500 total event booking.
Premier School Sponsor
Up to $500 in event sponsorship support
or
Up to $650 toward a future school event
Reserved for high-visibility, campus-wide celebrations.

• Prominent logo placement on all event materials
• Inclusion in school-wide email distribution
• Two dedicated social media posts
• Premium on-site signage placement
