Seat for a long sit. Cook-off crowds don’t graze and leave; they eat and stay. Under-seating is the most common complaint we hear about these events afterwards.
Give the children somewhere to be. The judging window is dead time for anyone under twelve. An inflatable or two turns a restless hour into the part the kids remember.
Scale and Setup Windows
Multi-unit events need a real setup window, and cook-offs start early — teams are often on site before dawn. Tell us when your teams arrive, not when the public gates open, so we’re not setting up around working cookers.
Permissions
Public and fairground venues generally require permission in advance, a confirmed power source and often proof of insurance. We supply the documentation — tell us who needs it and when.
Surfaces at fairgrounds and civic sites are frequently paved rather than grass, which changes anchoring. Flag it at booking and we’ll bring the right equipment.
Book Early for Festival Season
