Dance floor rental FAQ
How big of a dance floor do I need?
Plan on 4.5 to 5 square feet per dancer and assume 40 to 50 percent of guests dance at once. A 12x12 floor suits about 60 to 100 guests, a 15x15 about 100 to 150, and an 18x18 about 150 to 200.
How much does a dance floor rental cost in Baton Rouge?
Our floors start at $225 for a 9x9 and run to $1,600 for a 24x24 checkerboard, delivery and setup included. Custom sizes are $25 per 3x3 panel. Outdoor installs add a decking subfloor.
Can you set up a dance floor outside or in a tent?
Yes. Our floors are waterproof and built for outdoor use. On grass or uneven ground we install a decking subfloor underneath. Most of our floors go inside one of our frame tents.
Do you deliver outside Baton Rouge?
