Older Lots and What Fits on Them
A lot of Baker’s housing stock sits on established lots with mature trees — which is pleasant to sit under and occasionally the thing that decides where an inflatable can go. Overhead clearance catches more people out here than ground space does.

Spring and early autumn Saturdays go first, as everywhere. Summer Saturdays with a water slide attached are the hardest dates of the year. Two to three weeks is a comfortable lead time for a full package; single items can often be arranged closer in.
