I cannot say enough good things about Red Stick Rental and the exceptional service provided by Justin and his team. Within a two-week period, I hosted two very important family events, and Red Stick Rental played a major role in making both of them successful. For our home wedding reception, they provided a beautiful 20’ x 40’ tent, 10 round tables, chairs, two cocktail tables, and elegant all-white tablecloths. The setup transformed our backyard into a stunning reception venue. Everything looked absolutely beautiful, and our guests were impressed by the professional presentation. Just two weeks later, we hosted a 70th Birthday Celebration, and once again Red Stick Rental exceeded expectations. This event included a 20’ x 30’ tent, 6 tables, two cocktail tables, black tablecloths, and white chairs. The setup perfectly matched the atmosphere of the celebration and looked fantastic. What truly set Red Stick Rental apart was Justin’s willingness to help with planning. He took the time to assist with the layout for both events and provided valuable guidance on the number of tables and seating arrangements needed for each occasion. His expertise helped ensure that everything flowed smoothly and comfortably for our guests. The delivery and pickup for both events were on time, and every team member was courteous, helpful, and highly professional. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the entire rental process stress-free. I honestly do not believe I could have successfully pulled off these two events without Justin and his team. Their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. We enjoyed the units very much !!!! As a small business owner myself I found that the 4 young men that delivered the water slide and bounce house were very professional and on point with their jobs. Not sure if it was the same young men that picked it up or not. Either way i was at work when they picked it up. I would like to point out that not only did they pick up the units but they also rolled my water hose up and pulled my generator ( which is what was used for power to units) and placed it neatly next to my lawnmower so it was not left in yard. So thanks to you and your employees for a great experience with your company

Here's a polished version you can use as a review: I will definitely be using this company again! Even with having to reschedule because of the weather, an incorrect date, and an address issue, they were incredibly accommodating every step of the way. Their team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. The water slide exceeded my expectations; it was clean, in excellent condition, and a huge hit. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again!

We had a great experience renting with Red Stick Event Rentals. Their team set up and took everything down in no time at all. The staff were friendly, polite and easy to work with. They made sure the bounce house was set up exactly how I wanted it and were careful with the yard with removal. They were great about emailing and texting me with reminders and times of arrival. I will definitely rent from them again for future parties!
