The Spacewalk Lineup
- Classic spacewalks. The traditional enclosed jumping unit, usually 13×13 or 15×15. The default for a birthday party and the one most people picture. $150–$250.
- Themed spacewalks. The same footprint with character or castle artwork. Popular for younger children where the theme is doing real work in the party planning. $150–$250.
- Combo spacewalks. A jumping floor with a slide built into one side and typically a climbing wall. If the party spans a wide age range, this is the unit that keeps the older kids from losing interest after twenty minutes. $200–$325.
Village at Magnolia Square and the Newer Subdivisions
The newer developments around Central — Village at Magnolia Square among them — tend to have usable, level back yards on a manageable scale: not the acreage you’ll find further out, but comfortably more than a Baton Rouge lot. A classic or themed spacewalk fits these yards without any planning at all. A combo usually fits too, but it’s worth measuring first.
Families near Kolby Park sometimes ask about setting up at the park rather than at home. Public parks generally require permission and sometimes proof of insurance before an inflatable can be set up — check with the facility first, and we can provide the paperwork they ask for.
Setup and What We Need From You
A flat patch of grass with clearance on all sides, a walkable path from the street, and power within about 100 feet. We anchor into turf with stakes wherever possible, which is faster and more secure than weighting on a hard surface.
If it’s rained heavily in the days before your party, tell us — we’d rather move the unit to a firmer part of the yard than set up somewhere that turns soft.
